1. All Sales of Fresh Produce
Because our products are fresh and perishable:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns of fresh produce once items have been picked up or delivered
Exceptions apply only as outlined below.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- You received the wrong item
- An item was missing from your order
- An item was spoiled, damaged, or not fit for consumption at the time of pickup or delivery
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery
- Provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected item(s), if requested
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in one of the following ways, at our discretion:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Replacement item (subject to availability)

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

- Issues resulting from improper storage after pickup or delivery

6. Pickup Orders
For pickup orders:
- You are responsible for inspecting items at the time of pickup
- Issues discovered after leaving the store must still be reported within 24 hours
7. Delivery Orders
For delivery orders:
- Delivery times are estimates
- We are not responsible for quality issues caused by:
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Missed deliveries
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins
- Once an order has been prepared or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled
- Same-day orders may have limited or no cancellation window
9. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse
- Limit future refund requests from repeat offenders
